IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Compound ships from Hong Kong, so most international orders cross a customs border on arrival. Import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country.
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, parcels are sent duty unpaid. Any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs authority and paid by you on delivery. We include correct customs paperwork with every order, but these charges are outside our control, and we cannot predict the amount or how long clearance will take.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details given at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Compound order. If you change your mind, we'll exchange your item or refund your purchase.
Please return your item(s) unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return.
